They just want to loot people and fill their pocket with extra income. Their DTDC franchisee should get cancelled.
For my 5 kg parcel, they charged me for 11 kg because of volumetric weight. When I checked later on DTDC website volumetric weight was coming to be 8 kg.
Cheaters!
