My more than 10 books are missing. This is a highly unprofessional and irresponsible behavior shown by dtdc which was not expected. We can't get our books by ourselvesas we can't travel in this situation. And you are playing with with students life. Who's responsible for my loss?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and foremost, the rate standardization process is ridiculous. It just doesn't make sense. Secondly, no safe-net packaging was provided. Thirdly, the guy at the counter is a doofus. Doesn't know what he's doing and is damn rude. One upside is that delivery was fast. But then again, had to pay extra for that as well. And then comes the insurance policy. Too less service for too much price.
