★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional people. The lady who picked up the call was very unprofessional and abruptly hanged up the call. How stupid is that!!! If the particular area is not under you, you guys should help and redirect the customer. What kind of nonsense behavior is this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery people in Wardha are really bad. He told me to come an area to collect my letter and I said it will take 10mins .I had reached there before 10 mins and by then he left and did not pick up my call. Next day I called him again and he said he gave it to a random shopkeeper. My friend also had a bad experience. They send her sms to come to the main DTDC office to collect it and when she called that number they just told to come collect it or they will send it back and cut the call and when we checked online it was put that customer wished to collect by themselves. When we went there a lady was present and she just kept lying saying stuff like she called many times but no one picked up the call but there was no proof she called at all.
