★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service. The guy booked the courier and charged extra amount, which I came to know later when I checked at the dtdc site. When enquired he said, if anything breaks (it was a fragile material) I won't take responsibility. And the material was broken when it reached the destination. Really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad behaviour of the staff. Only because I was not able to receive the call at the time but I received the call after about an hour due to some reaon. The person said to me that he would throw the courier. If a person has some work and he is not able to receive the call at the moment, it does not mean that they would talk rudely to their customer and also the manager here said to me that he was going to throw the courier. Such careless people working in the company and these people are ruining the name of the company. How dare he say that for my courier. That stupid manager. I don't understand that how such a good company hired a stupid manager. Such manager who does not know how to deal with customers should be removed suspended from the job.
F*** O** the manager.Stupid person.
These stupid people dont't know how to treat customers and these idiots specially manager have opened a shop.
And after all it is because of the customers that this shop is running. This stupid idiotic person (manager) has to be told this also by a customer. Such a pity on them . Ooooooo haaaaaa ha ha ha ha ha??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Courier Agent is cheater and chargers unnecessary. For a standard inland delivery from Gurugram to Ghaziabad for 100g packet, they took Rs 250/-.
Shameless staff, not educated at all, doesn't know how to treat customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge wrong price. Before going to them please check prices on dtdc website. We cant agrue with these kind of people. There is no transparency with these guys. I would suggest you to go other dtdc store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FRAUD .Pathetic services .Dont choose this .Its a honest feedback. As I had sent a courier from this courier location wherein I met Mr Govind ,Mr Amit and one girl.I wanted to send a courier to Ranikhet which is under District Almora in Uttarakhand . After confirming two times to Mr Govind that if this courier can be delivered to Ranikhet ;he said yes confidently both the time .I had written correct address and both the sender's and receiver's mobile no also. They charged full amount of Rs 120 and assured me that it will get delivered on time .
However, after a week they didn't even call to tell that courier is returned and they never called up at both the numbers .They again asked to pay Rs 100 to send again; that is how they make money even when they can't deliver it and make false promises and they charge again and again. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COURIER !!!!
