★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I thought it is for Home Delivery service. But they just call the customer and then give the delivery. Sometime they don't even call for that. We have to track the product & then we have to call them for delivery. The worst currier facility. The laziest currier facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are meant for home delivery service but they never deliver packages to your address. Instead they call the customers to collect their packages. They provide very slow service. No real time tracking service is available. Very slow they are. Sometimes they don't even call. You have to somehow track your package and contact them.The office is often closed,you can't even contact them. Their service charge is much more than that of other's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our companies very very urgent documents holding at 5 to 10 days more or less. That for suffering our company. There services are very no one choose DTDC or there services. When you call DTDC Kona Ware house manager Mr. they said that " you are not pay me so we are not telling you, we are not help to you". So that are the things of DTDC bad Courier services. DTDC courier services very bad than other services. So, Please do not choose DTDC courier it may be your documents not reach your destination services or others.
