★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic..called them at 12pm fr pickup didnt come till 5pm..called them at 5pm didnt picked up d phn..called them at 6pm..promised to come within half an hr..till 8:30 no pickup..
Number goes switch off.
This is second time..although i m dere regular customer but so unprofessional dey r..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was to recieve 'Rakhis' sent from Pune by paying extra for fast service. I didn't recieve it even after two days from the ETA. When I went to them just to enquire what happened I was said it was already delivered and collected by me?. I asked the Hostel watchman and other people around if anybody collected it, nobody confirmed. Funny thing is they even said you signed it also. Now, imagine if there was something expensive. No intimation, no call, nothing what a terrible service. ?
