★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent a parcel from agra to goa. They charged rs 900 for it. The parcel took more than 2 weeks which I understand because of corona and lockdown, but even then the person had to go to dtdc to take the parcel after 2 weeks and everything is broken. Now they are saying, humne theek se pack kiya tha, blah blah. The box I sent was 1200rs so I am in a loss of 2100rs. I want to badh this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They offer very much poor service. A medicine has not been delivered by them to us even after 4 days of receiving it , because of which my patient is in ICU right now. He was suffering from Cancer and the medicine was shipped on 11th from Delhi and still not delivered. They don't receive calls and once when hardly connected, they said that we don't deliver in your location to defend themselves. Although my regular shipments even from China are easily deliverable here. What should I do?
