★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The proprietor ,Mr Sharma , is irresponsible and very annoying person. I went to courier my Printer. The proprietor told me that insurance will be applied only for loss not for damage. And DTDC won't hold responsibility for any damage. He said " our labours can keep the items in their way so we are not responsible for it".How unprofessional proprietor and DTDC labour are,it shows. They are not providing their packaging material also . Very irresponsible behaviour, not expected from world class courier company. He said they are trained like that only by DTDC.
