★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery was very slow and i personally faced a lot of trouble to deliver my parcel from Vijayawada to hyderabad. It took around two weeks to get my item delivered. Even the tracking is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very late delivery and no proper tracking , theyve told the parcel will reach delhi by a week but the package was lying in hyderabad itself, we took some other measures and finally after a loads of complaints ,they delivered the package after 2 weeks-in little damaged state,wrst expereince,go for other couriers or not this branch of dtdc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery was Very slow. When went to ask regarding the same, then explain that there are two types of deliveries and quarrelling on customer without proper resources. And the person was sitting in the office in drunken state. I haven't seen DTDC branch this much rude to customers. Kindly learn how to behave with customers, then you can do business, Otherwise closing your branch will be your last option. Hope you will understand. This is for your own good.
