★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ratnagiri Branch(KHANDALA - JAIGAD) is the branch name and you cannot deliver at Jaigad... ??? If you are not able to give home delivery then why you charge for it? Not even a call to client about its arrival .. this is not a professional way...
You taking undue advantage of client in need ... Very unprofessional way and bad service... show out for delivery for last 3 days, not a single call from DTDC..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very & very bad experience with Ratnagiri DTDC courier service, I was waiting for my parcel which has been delivered almost month ago.
So I raised complaint on DTDC portal after one day it's shown that my issue has been resolved & parcel delivered to me without delivering to me.
Worst courier service, I didn't recommend anyone to use it. ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No service in a location near to the city. They offer service till karwanchiwadi which is 500 meter near my home. They donot convey this information on the customer call. When asked why they answer you should have asked as though we know the limit of their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has incompetent staff as this is for the fourth time this happened we being situated at ratnagiri itself parcels are supposed to be collected by us from the office, above that the staff call and are busy in conversation with others rather than focussing with the ONGOING CALL they're not even bothered that the person on call may also be busy, and ironically the lady giving a call just says "your parcel has arrived come and collect it" but she fails to mention the entire courier details like location, name etc....How will the client know, we hope that the concerned authorities will look into this and IMPROVISE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First thing is that shop is located ahead of maruti mandir (godbole stop), and if u stay any where near shop within 2km they will deliver you your parcel, and as a ratnagiri citizen each one stays in their village killa, mirkarwada, rajiwada, karla, mirya these villages are over 5km distance, so for these villages they don't deliver the parcel. You specially have to book a rickshaw which nearly costs you 200/- or 250/- rps. If you have big parcel. Which is totally unfair to a local citizen, if customer is paying you proper amount for their courier they must give good and proper home delivery service, also dtdc is a well known courier service atleast they should have home delivery service.
