★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DTDC is a known courier service but this branch is a dud. My experience was horrible as I shipped a laptop via this branch and it was delivered with a broken screen. This was an accident and may happen, but the catch here is that I insured my shipment and even after that I was not paid the insurance amount. I wonder, what was the use of booking insurance then. The conversations that I had with them in order to get the sum insured were painful. They took no responsibility and kept on passing multiple-baseless comments in order to not pay the insurance amount. The biggest one of them - "I was told by DTDC that the counter did not pay the insurance amount to DTDC" So it means I got cheated either by the booking counter or by DTDC. Anyhow, I would never again book from this counter and would suggest you to not get trapped with them.
To top it all, they don't provide home delivery even in a vicinity of 2KM radius. Then why even bother booking, right?
