★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery not on time. Tried to call, no one picked up the phone. I also got a busy tone once. Tried again, phone rang but no one picked up. Wish I could give less than 1star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DTDC has been providing the most worthless service around the country.A simple document delivery cannot be made by them from Kolkata-Pune within 4 days and the status tracking system is the most harrasing one,as it cant provide any proper meaning.No where to lodge complain.I guess people should avail India Post,atleast they provide better service than such ridiculous courier service.
Wont ever send any documents through DTDC.
It doesnot deserve a single star even.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service. They are cheater. The charged me and returned me undelivered. Again asked for money. Never visit DTDC. They are cheating all the customer in same fashion by saying courier undelivered as recipient was not found location not traceable , nobody received the phone. And all this absolutely non sense a lie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called all DTDC stores and all of them gave me the same number as mentioned but the phone is always switched off! Wonder how they conduct business! There is no accountability and for these reasons I never choose DTDC for my couriers but am stuck now since I have to receive a courier that someone chose to send through this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would've given 0 Star if there was an option. Such an irresponsible and worthless DTDC courier branch. They never call you once they receive your goods. We're supposed to find their number and call them continuously for our stuffs. They don't have their contact number updated online also. My shipment was sent from Kochi to Pune and it was wandering around in Pune for the last one week after having reached here before last week. So guys if ever some of your goods are being sent to Pune please make sure you ask the source courier service if they''re sending it to this particular DTDC branch(Check their address here) and if so please ask them to change the destination to some other DTDC in Pune as there are many.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever...they have no other branch numbers. And their staff absolutely not cooperating. They are always not received our calls and not respond and reply to our call. In case they picked up our call they said "we dont know abt this. This is not our responsibility. " i am suggesting to everyone Never take any service from dtdc. My two couriers they have lost. And concern person not picking my call. Never seen this type worst service.
