★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It opens at 11:30 am. On Google it's written that it opens at 10am but when I reached there, it's written 10:30 opening time. And when I waited till 11:15 and called the no. mentioned there, that guy told me wait till 11:30.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never have they delivered on time. I send couriers from Mumbai to Bangalore, it takes a week for them to deliver. This is the last time. I would highly not recommend them. Horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was similar to that of Mr. Shirke and Ms. Nair. Charged Rs 190/ for 100 gms weight to village in Mah. A week later the parcel was not delivered. DTDC insisted they had delivered, but could not give me a receipt. After numerous calls to the destination and DTDC head office, the parcel was returned undelivered, after 23 days. No explanation! No refund. I used Speed Post, Indian postal services, and the parcel was delivered in 2 days. Charge ..... Rs 45/-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service! First of all they give you a phone number on which they never receive calls. Finally you book a parcel and when you track it, you feel like they are literally walking with the parcel to your destination. Absolutely ridiculous service! They tell you it will reach in a day or 2 but no, don't fall for that trap, your estimate date should be a day or 2 more than what they claim. So be prepared for a late delivery.

Took over 6 days to deliver from Mumbai to Pune after promising 3 day delivery. Today on the 6th day also it hasn't reached the destination.
Dtdc shop's phone number is unavailable, DTDC customer care isn't picking up and the email replied with a useless automated reply.
Worst service. Don't fall prey to their name n a large number of branches.
Poor service and no value for money n time.
