★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This courier guy Mr. Uttam Chakraborty asked me to come to a location 1.5KM away from my address. When the address mentioned was clearly my Company Address.
I requested him but he denied to come to my address. My address pin code shows serviceable on DTDC website but this guy says he won't come. " Ja korar kore nin ashbona ami" this is what he said.
Absolutely unprofessional and rude behaviour. My company will never work with DTDC again in future if this is not resolved. I'll take this up at a higher stage too. Very very bad service.
Why pay for a courier when you have to manually go to recieve it leaving your work aside? How do you hire such unprofessional staff, absolutely unprofessional and unethical behaviour.
And I'm yet to receive my package. Which was an important one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the WORST courier service that I have ever come across. In the year 2015 I was applying to universities in the USA to pursue my masters because of which I had to send copies of my academic certificates to different universities in USA.
I used DTDC to send on of those packages and they LOST it. Just imagine how CARELESS the DTDC guys are !
Now I am working in USA and bought 2 tablets for my nephews who are currently students studying in India. I was visiting home in the month of February 2022 and decided to use DTDC again for sending the tablets to my nephews.
Needless to say it was a huge mistake. One of the tablet was delivered in a DAMAGED condition. The screen was COMPLETELY CRACKED. I had bought insurance on the items thinking that if the items get damaged I will be reimbursed but they REFUSED to entertain my insurance claim.
So, DO NOT use their service because if you do you will regret your decision. Blue dart, FedEX are 1000 times better than DTDC.
I have attached picture of the cracked tablet so that you can see for yourself.
