★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience with DTDC Mysore branch. I am quite sure that the DTDC personal are managing two or more businesses here. Yes, the parcel was delivered to me at Nagpur but until it reached Nagpur, I simply couldn't get hold of the DTDC Mysore team for any kind of acknowledgement with regards to how the parcel was being sent and when would it reach Nagpur. For two weeks I simply couldn't tell if my parcel was actually dispatched or not. Kudos to the Nagpur branch though. DTDC Nagpur team explained everything to me regarding status of my parcel, how I can get it sooner and when I should expect the delivery. But, all in all very bad experience.
