★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. They did not deliver my product.. They could have refused saying it was an edible item and can't be shipped. Instead they charged for the parcel and never refunded the amount. Upon asking for the product later they gave lame excuse saying it got spoiled.

But DTDC as in it name is very trustable. The reason for one star less would be lacking of automation and a pathetic customer support by the franchisee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want your parcel to start it's journey as soon as possible, then try to reach by 5 in the evening max. cause the pick-up truck comes sharp at 5.30 p.m. This center only delivers to 712101 & 712103. They're not only quite efficient but also guide you by suggesting the best option available.
