I am sure, This landline number they do not use

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pathetic service and unprofessional response. Very very very poor service.. medical emergency stuff..still lying here for days and not delivered.
Request to everyone to avoid this DTDC service and work with blue dart or professional.. value for money and time and emergency!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Courier Service .. They take hefty amount for urgent delivery and then don't even deliver in time. They charged around 2500/- for urgent delivery and its been almost a week and I haven't received my parcel yet. On tracking website it shows out for delivery and then in the evening it says delivery failed. No response when called on all numbers. Other offices doesn't help you track your packages. Hence I recommend not to use DTDC for sending your parcels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service, They dont update about the status of the package, nothing gets updated on the website. I was told that mine is an out of serviceable area for DTDC, then why do they accept the delivery in the first place without looking at the address. I had to travel all the way to DTDC warehouse in Dighi which was around 30 kms from my location to take my package. Worst Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service. My consignment number D80811671 from Gurgaon to Pune booked on 11th Feb 2021 is still not delivered.
Since 15th Feb my package is at their Dighi office and every time i call customer care they say we are raising the query and our backend team will get it delivered. I don't know when they are incapable of delivering then why they are picking the parcel in first place.
I am pissedoff with them
