★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent, unprofessional and irresponsible people. Had to ship some semiconductor samples to the United Kingdom for academic research. The contents of the package was written clearly on the envelope, yet they tried to send it as a "document" and that delayed shipping by more than a week. When the package finally did reach its destination, the envelope was partially torn and the box had been slit open and the samples inside had fingerprints all over them- something we avoid at all costs. I have used several other postal services to ship the same things, this is by far the worst. Never going there again and I would advise others to do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have avail the courier service of this office of rashbehari avenue many times in the past. And it was always satisfactory. I had full faith on them. But this time on 15th Nov 2018 (consignment no K 30157708) have sent some items to my friend residing in Mumbai. To my surprise I came to know that the parcel was tampered and the items were missing. Very disappointed. Next will have to think twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy to have been introduced to this gem Sumit near my work in Southern Avenue!!! the culture of this company is great and this guy is AMAZING... I had a parcel (not booked by him) was not getting delivered...but this is the only guy i found who helped me like crazy... i really appreciate the effort he took to get my parcel safely delivered even without a scratch...i cannot judge anyone but people suggesting not to take help from him is a real fool...or must have misunderstood him....please donot convey false information...he takes all the effort to help people...I REALLY SUGGEST TO VISIT HIS COUNTER AND CONTACT HIM TO GET THE TASTE OF SUPERB SERVICE...!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The DTDC service is good, you can se the tracking system to track the parcel, currently the price for normal shipping per kg is Rs 200, and ~Rs 400 in express way. The weight is approximated to .5. From Kolkata to Guwahati a normal shipped package reaches within a day.
