Suggestion:
? staff was not wearing maks, they should, also advise to visitor to do the same.
While you entering you can push door using elbow to prevent touching door handle, but same is not possible while going out, should have some foot based pull tools where it can be pulled without bothering staff or touching handle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Co operative staff.quick service.But unfortunately the ho.of dtdc seems to have no control over destinations in lucknow and other places in up.for instance I booked a parcel for jananki puram lucknow vide no.z58164385 on28th nov 2020 same day it reached delhi apex office and in lucknow apex on 30th morning.with in 2 hrs it reached mahanagar office on 30th.but still lying there fot the last oneday ie.25 hrs and not out for delivery.very sad.
