★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appropriate place for Patna Hub. You can receive your parcel one day before delivery if any urgent reasons persists. Employees are supportive and helpful.

Package arrived on 6th August and they don't even bother to deliver till 10th .
Any how after trying thousands time on the customer care no one responded.
When I reached to depo they say we don't have delivery boy.
Is this way to handle delivery.(medicine)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dtdc_patna. Avoid at all cost, horrible customer care and no door delivery of parcel as advertised by them. Had to go their rural warehouse 20kms from my home to get my parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience.. Unfriendly staff. I booked a consignment to be delivered from bangalore to Patna. It was supposed to arrive on 16th July rather it arrived on 20th which is very late and there was no updates made to me personally or even on online tracker which is very unprofessional. Moreover the more torturous part is that no one bothered to receive my phone so that they can help me with the tracking. Further irreparable damage was made to my good that I had parcelled. The staff over here, Durgesh and Mukesh were very unprofessional and unhelpful. Scienciere request do not use DTDC. I have attached a photo of my broken dekstop which I had sent.
