★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not possible to give even lower star that's why giving 1 star. My office sent me a parcel on 18th May 2021 using DTDC courier this franchise but it didn't reached the destination and got misrouted. After a day it was marked delivered. Somehow I contacted this franchise to check what actually happened with the parcel. They asked me to wait for some time. I waited and just called once a day to get the status for a week. Yesterday, on 18th June 2021 they said me that they got the parcel and will resend me today on 19th June 2021. But unfortunately today they blacklisted my contact number and blocked me on whatsapp as well. Now I have no idea regarding the parcel and anything related to it. Suggesting to not use DTDC courier service(specially this branch) to send your belongings.

I can say it is a one stop solution for courier, cargo etc. The best thing is that they also have the facility of doorstep pickup.
The parcel always delivered on time without any damage. I never faced any problem.
