★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience was not gud may due to covid becs I have visited in many hotels ..they asked for the payment of room while check -in ..I have not seen this in any hotel... whatever we were ordering alongwith order, bill used to come ...I have not seen this anywhere this was very much disappointing .....
But breakfast was awesome?
And most disappointing thing was that MRP of mineral water was Rs.20 but on the name of 4 star hotel it was of Rs.100 this was very disappointing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indian post service is better n traceable then DTDC service. From. Last 3 days parcel is lying with them n status is showing out for delivery. But it is not getting delivered. Finally when i called them they were asking me to pick up from their place.
I dont understand why we have paid the courier company.
Better use Indian post service.

This branch does not allow you to come inside. It is written on door , no mast no entry but they all you to wait on footpath and do not let you in. By mistake if you enter inside, they will ask you to get out and stand on footpath.
I visited in the afternoon, there was no one on reception desk. Even after knocking twice no one came out.
I called on the phone number given on google maps, still no response.
After 15 min of wait, I entered inside and another second person came to ask me to get out of this shop. This is the way they treat their customers.
Giving 3 stars only because of company services.
In future I will search for new courier company nearby.
