★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic service at Talegoan branch. One star is also too much for the kind of no service given by them. Courier delayed for over 3 days and there is no update on ticket raised at DTDC nor any response from Talegoan branch, the contact number given of Rajesh Dhore is useless as he does'nt receive calls and when he does, he says he isn't aware of anything and I need to call Pune Apex but doesnt share Pune Apex number. Also DTDC customer care number is useless and after 15mins of waiting by waiting number changes from 1 to 2 to 3 and then gets disconnected, this happen twice, PATHETIC experience.
