β β β β β Very poor service. Parcel from Kalyan to Mumbai takes 7 days for delivery. Have to repeatedly complain. Finally had to go personally to collect. Still the person at office couldn't trace the parcel.

β β β β β Don't go with this courier as no one responding call. Either no one check and confirm with Docket number of another area.. they need to confirm atleast in which branch the parcel will reach. Worst.. even I sending this shipment on Flight but it's 3rd day that shipment showing in transit.

β β β β β DTDC courier has best services. This is a branch office of DTDC courier, Located inside of Swastik complex. It's premises can be easily noticed from main road, having a big parking area.
There is not any retail counter. This office is only for its franchise's. This is not useful for individuals until or unless they didn't get their delivery on time or for Office Collect parcel only.
