★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should be given not even a single star.. such a pathetic service they provide. i opted for air cargo and its been 4 days they are still keeping the parcel in their office and even after calling many a times they are NOT picking up the call.. such a horrible experience . my relatives have to board the flight and what is the use of spending so much amount and choosing air cargo.shameless creatures

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My package arrived on Friday in Faridabad. the website showed some status of Covid 19 lockdown. I waited for the packet for two days as they did not have a number where I could call and check for the status update. Finally today I had to go there and wait for 25 minutes and then I got the package.
When I asked them why was it shown s the status they said that lockdown was on. I told them if the lockdown was on then their center would be shut and I would not be talking to him. Then they said that they had no one to deliver since I saw that there were a lot of guys who were delivering from that center and there are no restrictions in my colony.
If I got the package on Friday I would have left for my hometown in the weekend.
Now I would have to wait for the next weekend. That's was my experience. I hope to get better service.
