β β β β β Always trying to upsell desperately and rude staff. Blatantly told me that consignment may take more than 5 days even when I have booked it in 1 day express delivery. Don't recommend at all.

β β β β β Never sent you parcel with DTDC. Their customer service is pathetic. They will lost you parcel and say it has been delivered. I have suffered. Send it through speed post at least your parcel is safe.

β β β β β How arrogant staff! DTDC should intervene for such poor service to customer, particularly this branch. I had mail three times to DTDC regarding misbehaving and poor service of this branch but no result. Highly disappointed and never recommend anyone to opt service through this branch

DTDC is inefficient, Pathetic and unreliable.
Their tracking process is very painful.
My parcel was marked as Area not serviceable.
- What kind of courier company is DTDC, if my area is not serviceable why in the first place they take the courier?
They should have refused, this would have saved a lot of hassle. I had to rush to this center to collect my parcel. Bluedart, Amazon, Flipkart, FedEx etc all are providing service in our area but DTDC is NOT!
Same thing happened again, it's issue with every DTDC parcel.

The Experience continues in 2021. I had two Parcels from Office and both of them were not delivered and false status updated.
It's High time DTDC need to introspect or be out of business.
We have strictly told everyone not to send us any parcels via DTDC because of this service.
It seems DTDC has some low quality vendors for last mile delivery, who always fail at that basic task. They do not call because people will ask them to deliver at doorstep. So they falsely mark the parcel as "AREA NOT SERVICIBLE", "INCOMPLETE ADDRESS" etc. They can be very imaginative about the reason for non delivery.

β β β β β They are unprofessional, pathetic service I was waiting for my parcel at last I had to send a Dunzo person to pick. And the also they were irritating that guy in handing over my document. ( shop no. 2 meditree complex, gurgaon)
