Last time they called and said delivery person is not available so u can collect it from here. And this time even, from last 4 days parcel is out for delivery and in evening they update receiver not available. Today, I went to their office, my parcel was their in the office but status on tracking pg was updated out for delivery. And reason given was delivery person has met with an accident so we can't.
