While sending a package ? they are showing like your parcel will delivered within time. Sweet sweet speak ?. After 6 days my parcel still on the way. No one receiving calls. Fake promise. Cheating with customer just collecting money and putting pocket.It’s like loot??♂️. Customer service also too much slow no reply yet. In short *****

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent multiple Domestic couriers, all of them reached on time and as expected. They also help some with packing, but I recommend that th customer brings in a intact package that would only need additional reinforcment. Tracking systems and employees were very courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have very irresponsible and arrogant employees. I made a payment via Phonepe on Gpay QR code. Payment was successful. but they start arguing with me to do payment again via Gpay claming money is not credited and when i refused to do so then after 15 mins they checked and money was credited in their account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services are not offered across all the PIN codes of PAN India. The delivery timelines are also not satisfying. Instead one should give a shot to the Maruti Courier services, which is in the same building. I personally found it better than DTDC in terms of delivery timelines and the areas where services are being offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really slow courier delivery. I sent courier on 8th April to Mumbai which is roughly 100kms away via express delivery. The delivery happened on 11th April. I missed the deadline of 10th April. Thank you DTDC!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too pathetic service and people. They are just liars. My order was out for delivery since 2 days. After calling office, they mentioned that order was on there office itself. And these people are just updating wrong status saying reciever requested other date for delivery. On Calling they just say we will deliver just for the sake of customer. But don't care to deliver it. Too pathetic courier service. And the worst people. No importance of time. Never ever go with this courier service. There are many more good services out there nowadays.
