★ ★ ★ ★ ★ delivery boy didn't delivered the parcel on delivery date and after 3 days he comes with the parcel and took it back again i called on branch n they asked me for money to deliver it again the name of the guy is lekh raj sharma on google pay as it was the medium of money transfer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst facility they are providing, i sent a parcel on Saturday they told me itl willl reach your destination on Monday, but after waiting for 6 days they did not deliver it, and i went to this store they told me ur parcel is not here, you need to visit another store after wondering here and there, my package waa with some delivery guy, after chasing him , i got it. You guys need to focus on customer support, really pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with DTDC. They never deliver parcel on time and charges a lots of money. Their landline service is either not reachable or they don't bother to attend the calls. Every time I have to go and pickup the parcel of my own in-spite of paying all the money. Pathetic service.
