It's annoying that everytime you ask a question, you have to wait for 5mins so he can call someone to get the answer for it. There's Professional Courier service just 2 mins away from this one, which is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service by dtdc.? Everyone speaks different price for the same courier. Someone says 600 and other one 300. They are charging too high without any knowledge how to calculate delivery charges saying anything that comes in their mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I got Rakhi from my sister through DTDC, when I got call call them they asked my address I said come to "jalaram hardware" which know everyone who lives in the same locality but he said I don't know I asked "AJ house" he said he don't know there is a delivery boy but still they are playing with me bec I don't know much hindi, my place is 200 meters distance from that DTDC courier which is 3 mins walk, then I asked their address and google, went there still he is saying you know hindi then why are playing games, bla bla bla he abused me in hindi... what the hell is this he can not delivery courier to just 200 meters which is very near but still he is abusing me very badly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice we have faced their service issue. They never deliver on time inspite of the parcel kept in their marol maroshi road office. When we called them in the evening for delivery, person named Choudhary said "idhar aake leke jaavo tumhara parcel" They are spoiling dtdc name. I personally went there finally to pick our parcel. Worst service.
