★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Got my package on 9th Nov and it is still with them on 14th Nov. After calling, a lady received and just dropped the call when I asked about my parcel. After that no response is there from their side. Tried calling multiple times but still all in vain. A worst service it is. Don't know when I'm going to receive it. It seems going to their office is the last option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parcel we have send through the DTDC courier for safe movement, and we mentioned that is a food item....while received the parcel the some of food items was missed by opened the parcel....
Poor shipment. Very worst and waste of money...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the package was initially supposed to be delivered on the 21st september, it has arrived at Pune on the 15th and today being the 26th yet it has not been delivered.
when called the DTDC Pune centre the contact nos are incorrect and at the franchisee no one seems to answer the call...
