★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, the owner of this place does not have any training in consumer interaction. I sent 5 packages through their service, and one of the packages was kept at the destination office for a week. I didn't get any call or mail about it. The destination address and phone number are correct, and I have a photograph of the same. When I went to the place to enquire, they called my relative's number an confirmed the address. The package has still not been delivered.
A lot of the issues are from destination DTDC office I assume. But the owner of this place is rude, and unprofessional to the core. He wrote my own address on the receipt, and I don't know if that affected delivery, but he refuses to own his mistake. In fact, I had to block his number after he literally screamed at me when I pointed out his mistake and demanded explanation.
Please do not go to this place. Prefer other courier services.

Nice staff nd talk very politely .
This is rough amount of courier.
Ex- siwan to delhi .250gm product cost is rs-450.
Location- go babunia more nd take right then you see mouthoot finance board nd here a way to go enter then when you reach at near the board then you see dtc board behnin the gate nd given in my picture
Then at last of shop is dtc .
