Hope they provide packaging too.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst service, the local courier service like Trackon, Maruti, anjani etc are much better than this so called reputed DTDC, The parcel is dispatched on 3rd October from Pune and still not received on address, the phone numbers are not answered and also the tracking service shows the parcel lying at vashi depot. Very very worst service experience, please do try other service those are low at prices and value for money. Else blue dart is much good better than this DTDC.

โ โ โ โ โ A very very bad service after pay such a high charge, this is the last service am taking from DTDC trust me.
My courier is roam in Mumbai from last 3days from this branch to this.
