★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This DTDC office is worthless. The lady is like she knows all attitude. Yesterday I wanted to dispatch a parcel to Gangtok whose pincode is 737102 she told me that since her system is not recognizing the pincode so the pincode is not valid and I mast check that. Whereas my office in Gangtok is having national tieup with Dtdc. What a funny thing. On another occasssion she wanted to see what I was sending.
Later I send all through delhivery. This outlet is bogus and not helpful. Avoid this DTDC outlet and that lady.
