β β β β β Pathetic service. Delivery boy does not visit for 3 days after package arrived at the facility. Always showing "undelivered due to office closed/door locked" whereas there was 24*7 availability of consignee. The franchise owner was equally callous in his remedial actions.

β β β β β Never response any call. Do not delivers, office is open only for show the girl sitting in front office is just a show piece who have no information about DTDC . Always on with her phone. Ridiculous

β β β β β I am very disappointed with their service. It's the second time that the package which I booked at there facility did not leave the facility till next day. Due to which they was delay for the package to reach my client, even after spending double the amount on the shipping charges. If sending a package through private courier takes 4 days to reach, I can as well use India Post to ship my package with half the amount at the same time. I had to pay the loss from my pockets because of they error. I don't recommend this brach for any shipping.

β β β β β The men there if available will only take courier for DTDC otherwise if any other person is available then they will take courier for Professional Couriers.

β β β β β One of the pathetic courier services of all. The number given in Google has no clue of its operational timings.
Staff has no clue why she works there.
Never ever going there. Stay away. Better to walk a mile to Professional couriers
