The place is small but the staff are patient and helpful. My service was on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE SERVICE: I paid 260 rupees for their "DTDC Plus" service, to send 3 pairs of earrings from Delhi to Mumbai. They broke the plastic box and 1 of the earrings. They gave no refund and on top of that extremely bad behavior from both the staff members.
