★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service, refrain from using it they are fraud.....i lost my passport to them only receive misbehavior from the customer care helpline ....never received an apology they also refused to give us the deceleration which I needed as a document proof for applying new passport...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never sent any goods through them, these people took payment for 5kg but actually items was not even 250gm. They said it will be delivered by 3-4 days but it took 14 days. I sent some glass item. I received all the item broken. Totally waste. Go for some other courier service. This is worst.

If you have issues with courier services related to DTDC which you are availing from some other store or place, they will patiently listen to your problem and suggest how to resolve it. It felt quite strange to see this. In most professions today people will only talk to you if you are buying something from them. So they were quite unique in this case. Rates are also reasonable.
