They give you ridiculous reason for this like what can they do if it is raining. They even don't care your emotions that someone is sending a courier for rakhi ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pathetic service, this is the second time a courier coming through this branch and it has been more than 2 weeks that I did not receive the number. Same execuse every time, we do not knwo why this happened.
This is so annoying that you will feel like kicking these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the most unkind, unhelpful, lazy, pathetic and unprofessional people. There is a package that need to come from Ghaziabad to greater noida. It took 7 days, even now the package is not received. When I try to talked with their facility. The person says that they did not have the package. When I asked to atleast check because for me it is showing in Noida Sector -62 location. He said that there is no electricity and no inverter so he cannot check and he cut the phone.
