2 parcel going from Chennai. One is going to pune. Other going to delhi, guess what, delhi package gets delivery and pune package is out for delivery from last 5 days.
Very lazy service. Most gandu log working there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience Ever. A courier sent on 16th May from Mumbai has not not arrived in Pune till 22nd May. DTDC Tracking shows that the courier was received in DTDC Shivajinagar on the 19th morning and is lying there for 4 days. I called DTDC number 5 times. It is very difficult to connect to the number. After I connected to that number, the representative tells me the same status as their website. I got number of DTDC Shivajinagar. I am trying that number for last 3 days and it is switched off.
There is no way to reach/contact the Shivajinagar office.
Is this service of DTDC which plays 'Deliver on TIme' tune while customers wait of their service desk number?
