★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst courier service I have experienced. It is possible that the product that I asked to courier was unusual but since dtdc took charge of the same it should not matter whether my product was unusual or usual. I asked them to courier a birthday cake from 1 place in Ahmedabad to another place in Ahmedabad. He completely agreed to deliver the cake on time safe and sound. But neither did it reach on time and nor was in good state. It reached almost 2-3 hours late and it was in such a bad state that the cake lost its shape size look everything. And on the top of it the owner who agreed to take the responsibility of my cake parcel denied to take the responsibility of what happened to my cake and the late time it reached. Pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service, though i made a local courier with in the state, it takes more than 48 hours and till date it's not reached.. the dtdc courier services are very pathetic... they are not giving correct consignment number even we cannot track by consignment.. it's better to go by local courier guy like maruti courier and any other...very unresponsive from courier and not providing correct data to custmer in the slip issued by them...
