★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst managed office. Couriers have to be collected by self even though door delivery is booked. They have silly answers like staff isn't available, agent has left for delivery and all. Dnt go for this office as we have other dtdc offices available in town. If possible choose other couriers than this.

Even they speak very rudely.
They really not responsible, they don't care about complaints since DTDC don't have strict rules.
Government post office is far better then them now a days, please avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are high. U have to bargain. The manager says different rates in same week for same weight of parcel. No chart of rates. U have to confirm rates before parcel. Otherwise they say high rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is very bad. Everytime this person asks me to collect the courier as delivery person not available. If it happens once then it's okay but it's 5th time and still they say same silly reason.
