★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service by DTDC. Very poor in customer service. It has been 15 days and my parcel not got delivered yet. After so many calls also no response from their side. Better choose Indian post office, than third class DTDC. This Mangalagiri office staff have no manners at all when I called them, One of the their staff said, I will deliver the product do what ever you can do. This type of answer answers are not accepting from the service provider. One can give the police complaint against them on the basis of call recording of their rude answering but they have no fear at all.

I utilised their service for international courier it took 4 days to get way bill and transaction to track. They were not giving it when we book, they were sending in whatsApp after 1 or 2 days which is not accetable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is not good as the vendor didnt informed me in prior as they do not deliver products which exceeds more than 2 kms of the radius. And they are very rude and not even answering properly while i ask these questions. My humble request to customers to go for another service who provide a door delivery
