The girl called payal committed to deliver within the same day but when i call her she is not at all responding, this is not the way to deal with customer. I will take legal action against the DTH Connect and payal regarding this if they wont deliver my product by today end of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called on behalf of my friend as he happened to book a dth connection from these people and after making the payment and even after days passed he still have not received the connection or not the amount refund from them . He asked me to call because they were not picking the call or not providing a solution and if picked they will drop the call in less than a minute without even giving a solution . Later on they stopped picking his call and to know the update when I called them and said his details it's the same reaction from them . Such worst behaviour and totally upset. It's a total scam and don not buy from this people .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been supposed to get the installation done the same day as promised by their executive as I've paid the full amount and it's been past a day and none has contacted me for the installation. And when I call their executives they promised to arrange a call back in 10 min and it's been an hour without response and when I call them back . After hearing my part they are dropping the call with out even responding or giving Me a solution. Really disappointed.. and now when I keep calling their service team they are cancelling the call without telling a word back. I need a refund of my money or fix and finish the installation today itself. Such cheaters and worst customer dealings.. they only care until receiving the payment and Mr naman gupta the executive who took my order is not even bothered to communicate . I need a solution for this asap
