★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pathetic after sales service, order 975A cartridge stop working after use of 2 days, chasing them, but nobody replying over email, if i call, they just mentioned we let you update. It has been 2 week i am following them for the same. below positive review are fake about the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic after sales service. I ordered a ink tank converter kit and there were some items missing. Now they are not replying to my e-mails and whenever I call them they say that they will look into the matter and reply. Now I'm stuck with this defunct kit. I'll suggest everyone to buy from amazon or flipkart because even if the prices are high there you'll get replacement or refund.

So please be carefull to pay any amount to dubaria. Customer care is also not responsible for give any solution. Very very very bad experience. I have lost 399 rs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy their products. Very worst customer service. It has been more than 60 days I raised a complaint and no response has been received from the company. Even the Directors of the company Mr. Nikhil & Mr. Purvil are not helping the customers. If the directors are not even bothered then we can't expect anything from the company. I would suggest never buy their products.
