★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope there will be negative point button somewhere. Went there for mororola device. Guy told me that it will take 3 days plus all software will be uninstalled.moto has to make more service centre and do spot audits.
Pls avoid if possible.worst.

They don't even provide a bill. No warranty and No Bill so that they cheat easily

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed. They never pick up phone calls. I went to the service centre and tried calling on their number (which is not mentioned in their visiting card, I found it from google). And I noticed that, when his phone started ringing he noticed it but didn't recieved it. And the numbers mentioned on their visiting cards are not working. Both numbers are dead.
Due to this I started feeling that the service centre is fake, and they cheated me. But thanks God, I comfirmed from Huawei helpline number that Dugar is authorised by them. (this is the only good thing about dugar). Service centre guys are not responsive at all. Really very disappointed.

They kept my motog4 plus for more than two weeks and did nothing, the phone was dead and they were suppose to get out done but after two weeks they tell me to take my phone as they can't do, I doubt they took out the original parts and put some inferior parts.
The phone is still dead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are cheater , definitely never recommend this kind of cell zones. Beware frauds are everywhere. My relatives is suffering. On the name of changing charging socket, they haven't done anything more ever, they have changed camera of phone.
Better think twice before chosing this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud service center. They don't even provide bill for the service. On 30th August they told that they can't provide bill due to GST. Also they took almost 15 days to replace the battery and not provided the bill. When I called the center for the follow up they told me that my phone is repaired and when I go there they told me that they don't have spare available. They did this thrice. Thank God I got my phone back. Also I think they didn't replaced the original battery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center. They are cheater. Charging was not working in my motorola mobile and they charged 1200 INR to replace charging port (actually they never replaced). After 5-6 months again it stopped working. This happen with me 3 times. When I went to other shop to check the issue they said, Dugar sale never replaced charging port. They just did the soldering and charged 1200 Rs.
Also they are not providing any kind of bill. I think they are cheating and that's why not providing any bill to customer. NEVE GO HERE.
