★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good. Tv gyser are for show only non functional no room service avsilable .rooms for driver not avilable. Maitensnces also very poor.Room charges also high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at the heart of the city. Large guest house. AC Rooms are good enough. Price reasonable. Food at their restaurant is good.
Water is full of iron. Room service needs to be upgraded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non AC rooms are not clean and most of the amenities are missing like cloth rack, commod hand shower, door mat,door key etc. Also door lock was broken from one side and it was not repaired during our stay. Also lots of insects(shyma poka in bengali) all over the room and premises. Bathroom water is full of iron. Food quality was average and you need to order in advance to get the food, like we checked in the hotel at 12:45pm but did not get any lunch that day as they said we had to order it earlier in the morning. No issues with parking as onsite parking is available.

They don't know what js GST... non clean stinky rooms. staff behaviour not good. food quality also very very poor. if you order tea, they will ensure that they deliver your at your room exactly after 1 hour such a good service they have... tariff changes according wrt person. not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non AC rooms on the 3rd floor are very poor maintained. Many things are missing from the room such as door mat, Cloth rack, Key, bathroom comod shower, etc. Full of insects(shyma poka) all around the room and corridor. Food quality is very average and need to improve. Even for lunch need to order in the morning and as we did not know this so when we reached the hotel at 1pm we dud not get any lunch for that day. Atleast they should be ready with lunch options for the guests who have booking for the day. There is a big parking area. Tap water is full of iron and the hotel authority needs to look into this.

Paid in full in the time of booking and when reach hotel, we need 1 extra pillow and quilt for my son. but they do not provide it even when I offer for extra payment. What a shame on hospitality business. rooms are very small for family of 3 (with kid of 10 year) and room is very dirty as well. Not recommended at all. There are some very good review posted but all are fake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is okay okay, the behaviour of the personal are good but with respect to the cost the rooms are not that great. It is costly.
The management of the hotel is worst, we ordered the food at 6 pm but at 9:30 pm our food was still not ready. When the food came, it was cold and food was not at all good.
The cleanliness of the hotel is also not good. Lots of spider webs and insects. The room smells like ciggerate smoke.
