All Flat have damp problem also check your flat before puchase properly as they always mislead the customer
Check the plan properly , Block A & B have so many issue with the builder ,Check your Garrage Sanction Plan properly
I suggest not to purchase flat here useing your hard earn money
I live on the 4th nd floor Block B I would suggest u to think wisely before you invest on here..
