★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very nice gym. I have been doing from 3 months now. They have cardio part, crosstraining and strength separately. Plus what i like about this gym it is open 24×7, 7 days a week. Plus you can have as many black coffees, green tea, lemon water as you want. They also give additional fruit ( banana) and chicken soup once a week.
Also there is food canteen outside from which you can have hygenic diet food as per your likings.
What I found missing from this gym in order to be perfect is, steam bath for which you have to pay per usage it's not included in the membership. Also there is no aerobic sessions which good gyms generally have.
But still it's advantages are far better over these two limitations. Really love this gym!!
Also keep in mind that membership charges here are negotiable mainly for students so good luck with that ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very good gym. Trainers are there to support you when you exercise. You got hand towels, locker on daily basis and also complimentary pre-workout coffee to boost your workout. There is also a facility of sauna bath and steam Baath inside on extra charge. Overall gym is good. In strength portion it feels conjured though but overall is good. Location of gym on other hand is not so good the road is very bad condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Gym is very good. All professional trainers, very helpful. Personal trainers are also provided. A great number of exercise machines are there, so you don't have to wait for your turn.
***THE BEST PART IS IT IS OPEN 24*7.***
You can come and exercise, according to you schedule, because you are having time flexibility.
Parking space is small but you park on road side, because there is a lot of space around it, and there is no towing.

Daily you get complimentary drinks like lime watwr , black coffer , green tea etc. To enhance your workout . Gym is always a temperature controlled gym you won't feel any suffocation properly ventilated . Overall reviewed as the best near amity .
