★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a government run Hospital present in this region.
The infrastructural facilities are good enough for the purpose, however, the health care facilities provided is not up to the mark.
There is a shortage of Doctor and other medical staff. Those present are not regular in their work.
Patients have to wait in long queue and there is no arrangements either for senior citizens or for woman.
Medicine are provided free of cost, but for most of the disease, it is not available.
There is dearth of sophisticated medical equipment for serious cases. Therefore, most of the time, serious cases are either not entertained or refered to other Hospitals.
The surrounding environment is spectacular but inside the Hospital, the level of cleanliness is poor.
Altogether, it is improving but at a very slow pace.
Earnestly hoping for improvement!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad staff very bad and rude,will never recommend my family they don't even know how to write my name.the female doctor be like it's my area and shout at me trying to educate me.Private hospital are way better then'DumkaSadar Hospital' .
What is the staff doing?we are the patient rather then helping the patient they shout,yell.The area was dirty as hell.reason i don't like the hospital:
1.rude staff
2.they don't help patient
3.they don't have heart
4.they be like go find it yourself.
The hospital should be closed or change all the rude staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big govt. hospital with 300 beds located near Pokhra Chowk and central jail. Peoples are coming from nearby blocks and villages. Good for the poor people. Doctors are available during the daytime OPD and for emergency at night. One thing which is very painful in all the Govt. Hospitals that infrastructure is provided by the Govt but there is lack of maintenance & facilities. Shortage of hospital staffs and staffs those are available mostly seems to be untrained. Thia hospital opens 24 hrs.
