★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual heavily congested place. You will get bus and taxis to go inside Kolkata city. You can also avail buses and taxis to go outside Kolkata. You can catch Metro as well as normal trains to go to different places.
Pedestrians should be extremely careful to this junction. Don't rush to cross the road. Wait for no vehicle movement and only after that cross the road.

Buses for Barasat, Bongaon, Barrackpore, Bagnan and beyond are available at regular intervals. Naturally this is one of the busiest junctions of North Kolkata and is always bustling with activity.
